Are you an all organic skincare line?
No, but we utilize organic ingredients whenever possible. Some ingredients can be cost prohibited or currently unavailable. We do not want to sacrifice quality and effectiveness by the lack of limited ingredients currently available. As ingredients become more readily and economically available we will be sure to substitute for the organic option.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Our packages are shipped gift ready, meaning if you would like to include a personalized note, just write your message in the notes section upon checkout and will provided a handwritten note, along with a packing slip with no receipts.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Which mail carriers do you use to ship orders?
Upon checkout you may select the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, & DHL). For Economy and Standard Shipping, we will select the lowest cost option.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Once the order is shipped, depending on the mail carrier selected upon check out it can take between 2-8 days.

Yes, we ship internationally! The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

We offer a 30-day trial period. You can return or exchange your product for free with no questions asked.Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. How do I get tracking information for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number once your order ships. If you you did not receive this confirmation, you can your spam folder, or simply message us.
How can I get a discount coupon?
While we occasionally make discount coupons available for special events if you sign up for our email newsletter or sms texts, reward members can unlock free gifts and discounts through our Customer Rewards Points program.
How do I use my Customer Rewards Points?
To redeem points on our website, you can click on the rewards icon in the bottom right corner. Depending on the amount of points you have, you will see a red “Redeem” button next to the discount amounts available. Once you click on the desired discount amount, a coupon code will be generated for you to copy and paste into the discount area during your checkout process.
Can I receive Customer Rewards Points on my birthday?
If you register your birthday through our CW Rewards Program, you'll receive an automatic 500 points as a birthday gift. Note: Your date of birth must be registered in our Rewards Program more than 30 days prior of your next birthday. Otherwise, the reward will be issued on the following year.
Do Customer Rewards Points Expire?
Customer Rewards Points will expire after one year from when the reward was issued.
